
I started my bakery in my kitchen making mostly cinnamon rolls and kolaches.
It quickly grew to the point that I had to either scale down what I was doing or grow. My sweet husband helped me convert our garage into a full commercial kitchen which is inspected and licensed by state and local health departments.
I get asked all the time where I learned to bake and cook. My grandma Lillian was an amazing baker and cook, but I didn’t get much time in the kitchen with her. So, I’m self taught and I like to say that I channel my grandma Lillian in the kitchen!
I truly have a love of cooking and baking, and it’s a great joy to see people enjoy what I make.
