Salmon En Croute

This is not my recipe, so I’m just going to link you to the recipe that I used. I did it exactly as instructed and it turned out perfectly. It was easy and can even be done on a week night! Also, it looks so impressive – like you spent hours in the kitchen.

I just turned on some classical music, poured a glass of Chardonnay and enjoyed creating such a beautiful dinner. (I like to pretend I’m in France)

I didn’t use all of the cream cheese mixture, but that was most likely due to the size of my salmon. I also used fresh spinach as opposed to frozen; I just chopped it up into smaller pieces. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
