If you need a quick, easy, weeknight meal, this is a great one! Sure to make everyone happy both kids and adults!

What you will need:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup red wine (or beef broth)
- 1 lb macaroni elbows
- 2 Cups water (give or take)
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
Step by step:
Start by browning the ground beef over medium high in a large skillet or pot. While that’s browning, chop your onion and bell pepper and add that to the beef once the beef is browned or almost cooked through.

Cook unlit peppers and onions start to soften.
Next, add all your spices: salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and celery salt.
Add Worcestershire, crushed tomatoes, brown sugar and red wine or beef broth and water. Bring all of that to a boil. Add macaroni elbows. If you need to add more water to cover elbows, do that at this point. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium, stirring from time to time until elbows are al dente.

Once the elbows are al dente, add the mozzarella and lower your heat. Stir until cheese is melted and you’re done! Enjoy!
