This is a short little recipe with no step by step, but when I made them the other night, I knew I had to share what I did. They were so delicious. I paired them with a filet and oven baked potato, and it was just perfect. This would be my death row last meal if I had to choose.

BBQ Shrimp

What you’ll need:

  • 25 shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 – 4 skewers
  • 4 Tablespoons of butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • BBQ sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Non stick spray

Heat BBQ Pit to medium high – My pit was around 400 degrees before I opened the lid. You want a nice sear but we don’t want to scorch them.

Place shrimp on skewers and then on a platter. Cover both sides of the shrimp with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning.

Mix in a small microwaveable bowl 4 Tablespoons of butter, parsley, garlic and BBQ sauce. Place in a microwave and heat until butter melts. Mix that mixture well then take a silicone mop and cover the shrimp on both sides with the mixture.

spray your grill with non stick spray. Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes on one side then flip, 2 – 3 minutes on the second side. Shrimp should curl up and be pink before you remove them from the grill.

Enjoy!
